Knight Frank is one of the world's leading real estate consultants. They are headquartered in London and have more than 488 offices across 57 territories and more than 20,000 people. They wanted to fundamentally reimagine, revamp, pivot, and dramatically enhance their existing global residential property offline catalogue known as THE VIEW.

To achieve this, Knight Frank’s vision for THE VIEW was to move it beyond just a static print publication which is largely property sales focused, to a digital-first offering with the addition of engaging, inspiring and interesting relatable editorials.

The View website design was created to be visually appealing, easy to use and provide a great user experience that keeps visitors engaged and coming back for more. It provided Knight Frank with a platform to share high-quality, engaging content that is relevant and valuable to the user.

The development of wireframes was an essential phase in designing The VIEW, involving multiple sprints. Each stage of wireframing enabled me to produce and evaluate various visual models of the website’s appearance and functionality, along with how users would engage with it.

The View website serves as a prime illustration of how art direction is used to craft a visually captivating and unified experience.

This process included formulating concepts that resonate with the target audience and designing visuals that effectively realise those concepts.

“This is an extraordinary website, one of our greatest online achievements. I’m thrilled with what’s going to be a flagship publication for the future of the business.”
